Distant Night [Artwork]

Titled Distant Night, this e-watercolour painting features a small night-time roadside scenery. The foreground depicts a 3/4 portrait of a girl, facing to her left, standing on the pavement holding an umbrella. She can be seen wearing a white T-shirt with red collars and a dark blue skirt, gazing as if pondering at something afar. A wall with posters attached are visible on her right, with lamps illuminating from the wall-top. Leaves are seen dropping from a tree above her, as wind blows slightly from behind to her right. In the background, a two-story building can be seen behind, across the road to her left, with a bus stop next to it. The sky is mostly clear with a cresent moon and stars, though very minor amounts of clouds are present.

Just another drawing trial (fourth attempt). A deviation from my art style in the last attempt: now with my first try at a detailed coloured background (i.e. not a blurry vague one), a more 3d effect, no outlines, and with meaning behind it. Hope it looks good :)

Have a look at the time-lapse footage of this drawing too! (sorry for the large amounts of motion if that’s an issue to you, wasn’t initially drawing with that in mind, i’ll reduce them next time ><)

Autumn Breeze [Artwork]

Titled Autumn Breeze, this e-watercolour painting features the portrait of a fictional girl standing under (and slightly in front of) a tree branch with autumn leaves. She appears to be fidgeting with her long, brown hair with her left hand, while leaves fall and flow with subtle winds blowing to her right. Wearing a red-white T-shirt with denim shorts, her right hand holds a purse-like item, while looking slightly off to her right. She also has a Yuzu Tofu plush toy on her head.

Random drawings like this are an example of something that happens when excessive stress from school workload, exams, and the need to continue maintaining my apps, all overwhelm me.

Hopefully this third attempt of drawing and painting a character should be a significant improvement over previous attempts.

Also, featuring Yuzu Tofu from the Hannari Tofu series. Not sponsored, I just find it cute, and other tofus may appear too :)

Express Path [Artwork]

This artwork features a character standing on a concrete straight path with a caption 'hi', wearing a purple blazer over a crop-top, with dark flared shorts, and holding a black handbag with a gold chain. Tall trees can be seen arching from both sides of the path, having yellowing leaves on their branches and rooted on ground which has green vegetation. Sunlight flares can be seen shining in from between the gaps from the top left to bottom right.

Say hi and join them on the express path to your dreams.

I drew this a while ago to practice background detailing and anatomy, using ideas from a few references together in this art piece. Plus, I was experimenting with a change in my drawing process, which paid off quite well – this drawing now has one of the highest levels of detail and fidelity among my other works.
